Osborne Clarke and DLA Piper in the transfer to Tages of a 10MW PV portfolio in Puglia

Osborne Clarke and DLA Piper acted as legal advisors in connection with the transfer of a 10MW PV portfolio in Puglia to Ortigia Power 51 S.r.l., a company part of the investment portfolio of Tages Helios II.

The seller, Ampere Project Holding 5 B.V., a company managed by DIF Capital Partners, was assisted by Osborne Clarke, with a team composed by partner Alessandro Villa, and associates Carlo Gioffrè and Ludovica Venafro, while DLA Piper assisted Tages. ValeCap – in association with Astris Finance - acted as financial advisor to the seller.

The transaction was finalised in early February.
