Osborne Clarke with BPER in the restructuring of a residential complex in Milan

Osborne Clarke assisted BPER, as lending bank, in the financing transaction within the context of which which a drawdown was made of a capex line aimed, among other things, at financing the renovation of a real estate complex located in Milan to be subsequently used for residential purposes.

Osborne Clarke advised BPER in negotiating the disbursement of the capex line with a team led by partner Andrea Pinto, Head of Financial Services, assisted by trainee Francesco Fallara.

Carnelutti Law Firm advised Investire SGR S.p.A., on behalf of the HITA 1 reserved closed-end real estate alternative investment fund, as beneficiary.
