Osborne Clarke has advised VR Ventures on the seed financing round of Flexcavo. In total, the Berlin-based company was able to raise EUR 6.4 million. The construction machinery start-up wants to use the capital primarily to improve its in-house control software for construction machinery and launch the rental of networked construction machinery.

VR Ventures, an investor focused on proptechs (inter alia), is leading the round, with additional capital coming from FJ Labs, Picus Capital and Rivus Ventures. Furthermore, several business angels are joining Flexcavo, including Florian Huber, Felix Jahn and Max-Josef Meier.
