Osborne Clarke advised Serim S.r.l. in the acquisition of SO.GE.D.A. Piemonte S.r.l.

Serim is a company specialising in the distribution of food and drink, leader in the vending sector, with over 100 milion sales each year, and also operates in the bar and catering businesses.

Osborne Clarke's team composed of partner Umberto Piattelli and senior associate Stefano Panzini, advised the company in its acquisition of SO.GE.D.A. Piemonte, a company based in Cuneo, specialising in the vending sector. The selling shareholders were advised by Stefano Marzari.

With this transaction that started towards the end of 2019, Serim concluded its planned expansion within the sector and will benefit from important synergies in terms of management throughout the territory.
