Stefano’s practice focuses on commercial and corporate law, real estate, alternative finance and fin-tech.
He advises primary operators and real estate funds on acquisitions and sales of real estate or real estate portfolios, managing the full range of relevant contracts both corporate and retail.
Stefano frequently works with multinationals, financial institutions and investment funds both in extraordinary transactions (acquisitions, mergers, buyouts, investments, listings), asset management and regulatory and financial compliance matters. He has accrued specific expertise in financial regulation in particular as far as regards alternative forms of finance, payments and fin-tech.
He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Genoa, and in 2013 completed a Masters Degree in Corporate Finance & Banking at the School of Business Administration, Bocconi University, Milan. Stefano is a regular speaker at events dedicated to crowdfunding and alternative forms of finance organised by the European Crowdfunding Network together with the Fenice Foundation.
Before joining Osborne Clarke Stefano worked both at the headquarters in Genoa of a leading Italian law firm, for a major law firm in Milan and as an inhouse lawyer. He has also spent time as a visiting trainee with a major corporate law firm in Boston (USA).
