Osborne Clarke Advises Intellect on Strategic Acquisition of Zaptic to Bridge Factory Frontline Operations and Quality Management

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Intellect, the AI-powered Quality Management Systems (QMS) software provider, on its acquisition of UK-based Connected Frontline Worked (CFW) platform company, Zaptic.
The acquisition enhances Intellect's platform by uniting quality, safety, and operations into a single intelligent ecosystem for manufacturers. The combined entity will connect quality and compliance data with real-time operational execution on the factory floor, providing an end-to-end view of performance excellence.
The Osborne Clarke team advising Intellect included Partner Ken Wilkinson, Associate Director Emma Charlton, and Associates Sophia Margetts and Tim Rouse. US firm Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth also advised Intellect.
