Acting on behalf of the Russian speaking beneficiaries of a financial services firm in a high value LCIA arbitration, arising out of a dispute under a litigation financing agreement.

Advising a Spanish technology business in respect of a contractual dispute with a telecom company in Saudi.
LCIA arbitration in a dispute about distribution of assets.
Acting for a Cyprus-based Respondent in an LCIA arbitration worth US$ 300 million in a dispute about distribution of assets.

Advising a Russian client on a dispute resolution strategy in respect of an asset removed from a JV in the mining industry in Central Asia
Defending against conspiracy to dissipate assets
Acting for Defendants in respect of multiple claims brought in the English courts where the Defendants are accused of being part of a conspiracy to dissipate the Claimants’ assets through the use of certain financial instruments.

Advised a Russian high-net worth individual on his move to the UK and helped establish and offshore trust structure.
Tajikistan arbitration
We managed various arbitrations concerning commodities in Tajikistan, with a total value of US$130m.

Acted in a £300m claim concerning breach of trust and misappropriation of assets.
Energy joint venture
Advised our client in the CIS region resolve a US$200m dispute relating to an energy joint venture in LCIA and associated proceedings in Cyprus.
