Valerie is an Associate in our Financial Regulatory team in Amsterdam. She advises international banks, payment services providers, investment firms and other fintech's and regulated financial services providers.

Valerie has particular experience in licensing procedures, governance, AML-compliance, ongoing requirements and dealing with the Dutch regulators on a daily basis.

Before she joined Osborne Clarke in September 2025, she worked for an international law firm and the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets (AFM). She was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 2020.
