Tom Lewis

Tom Lewis is a partner in the London office of Osborne Clarke, leading a growing group of Corporate lawyers.

He is head of Corporate Reorganisation and Simplification, a team of company law experts who provide clients with end-to-end solutions for their reorganisation needs. He leads a senior-led, relationship-driven practice focused on delivering his clients' strategic objectives.

He is a company law expert, with a particular focus on corporate group structuring in connection with pre and post M&A activity; simplification and rationalisation; supply chain reorganisation; group treasury and financing arrangements.

He joined Osborne Clarke after a decade spent in-house at two of the Big 4 accounting firms, where he developed awareness of the tax, accounting and commercial issues affecting the corporate legal implementation of reorganisation projects. This background enables him to deliver decisive, commercially-focused advice with pace and cohesion.

He has been recognised by numerous industry bodies including as a 'key lawyer' for International Business Reorganisations in the Legal 500 from 2022-2026, and as a 'key lawyer' for Corporate & Commercial in the Legal 500 in 2024.
