Legal 500

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

In times of market uncertainty where there are so many variables outside of our clients' control, more are looking inwards to their own corporate legal entity structure to understand any efficiencies that can be gained from reorganisation-driven transformation. I expect corporate structuring and simplification to move higher up our clients' priority lists in the coming years.

Since joining Osborne Clarke, he has been recognised as a 'key lawyer' for Corporate & Commercial in the Legal 500 2024.
