Raphaël Brochier

Raphaël joined Osborne Clarke's EU and Competition, antitrust and trade law practice in Brussels in 2023.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, Raphaël worked for two years in the competition law department an international legal practice where he built up experience in merger control proceedings, antitrust investigations before the European Commission and national competition authorities and state aid. He is a member of the Bar in Brussels (EU-list).
Raphaël holds a Master's Degree in European and Economic law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL) (Belgium) as well as an LL.M Degree in European competition law from the Institute for European Studies (IEE-ULB) in Brussels (Belgium).
He handles cases in French, Dutch and English.
