Pippa is a Senior Associate in the Commercial team, based in London. She advises clients on a broad range of media, technology and consumer law matters with a particular focus on:

  • Advertising and marketing;
  • Digital and media regulation; and
  • Consumer law compliance and ecommerce.

Pippa regularly works on complex, multijurisdictional compliance exercises for digital platforms, including social media networks, online marketplaces and streaming services. She helps clients navigate the holistic legal and regulatory issues with launching, developing and operating digital products and services. Pippa also has experience in assisting clients when dealing with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).   

Pippa has undertaken a number of client secondments within Retail and Technology, Media & Communications sectors, including to the Commercial team at Vodafone. She is also a regular contributor to Osborne Clarke’s marketinglaw blog.

Pippa is the co-founder of Osborne Clarke's Women in Golf society, which is a diversity initiative aimed at increasing female participation in both internal and external golf-related networking events.
