Pablo initiated his career in 2019 as a legal advisor providing legal support in Regulatory and Public Law department at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo  and joined Osborne Clarke in September 2023 as Associate Lawyer in the Public Law department.

Pablo provides legal advice on Public Law and regulated activities, especially on issues related to energy, transport and infrastructures (roads, ports, airports). He has advised on numerous projects and M&A transactions, public domain concessions, public tenders and contentious-administrative procedures, in relation to the abovementioned disciplines.

Pablo has also participated in numerous publications about legislative update in the sector.

Pablo has graduated in Global Management and Law from the University of Navarra and has also completed the Master's Degree in Access to Advocacy (specialty Regulated Sectors – Energy) at University Carlos III of Madrid. He is member of the Madrid Bar Association.
