Nina is an Associate Director (and solicitor-advocate) in Osborne Clarke’s dispute resolution team, with particular expertise in cyber security and technology disputes.

Nina has developed a practice which capitalises on her technical knowledge, focussing on complex technology disputes and the growing area of cyber security related issues.

She has assisted clients on cyber security incident response, regulatory aspects of data breaches, and implementing appropriate organisational and technical measures to guard against cyber security issues and ensure compliance with data protection laws.

She also advises clients on high-value technology and commercial disputes in the English High Court and in LCIA arbitrations. Her advice encompasses all stages of the dispute life-cycle, from advising on resolving issues commercially before a dispute crystallises, through to advising on litigation and arbitration strategy.

Nina previously worked at Herbert Smith Freehills for four years, before joining Osborne Clarke in January 2016.
