Mirshad is an Associate in our Financial Institutions Group. He advises financial institutions, retailers and other finance providers on a wide range of financial services regulatory matters.

He has a particular focus and interest in the regulation of financial services and products offered to consumers and small businesses, as well as on payment services and e-money regulation.

Mirshad studied law at the University of Aberdeen and holds an LLM from the London School of Economics. He joined Osborne Clarke as a Trainee in September 2021 and qualified at the firm in September 2023.

Prior to qualifying, Mirshad worked in various in-house legal teams, including at a leading small business commercial lender and a multinational consumer goods company.
