Marius Jörg advises and represents national and international clients on construction and real estate related matters including civil litigation.

Marius' focus is on advising clients on all aspects of complex real estate projects, both commercial and residential.  He assists in the planning, realization and acquisition or disposition of the various types of projects mentioned.

He also advises on foreign construction projects under international or German law.

Furthermore, he assists and supports in all real estate transaction and in representing clients in and out of court in property and civil disputes.

After already working as a research assistant in real estate in Hamburg in 2021, Marius joined Osborne Clarke as a lawyer in 2022.

Marius studied at the University of Passau and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Munich. During his legal clerkship he worked for various international law firms in the construction and real estate sector.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2022, Marius has already worked as a lawyer at a leading international law firm.
