Marina Fröhlich advises national and international clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, competition law and pharmaceutical law. She specialises in the life sciences & healthcare sector. 

She specialises in providing regulatory advice to pharmaceutical, medtech and biotech companies and advises on all operational and product-related matters. Marina has particular expertise in drug and medical devices advertising law and compliance.

She also advises on sub-areas of food law, in particular novel foods and food supplements, and cosmetic products.

Marina is involved in Osborne Clarke's sector focus group "Data-driven digital transformation in healthcare", which deals with artificial intelligence in the healthcare sector and the use of healthcare data, among other things. She is also involved in the "Lifestyle Products" sector focus group on food and cosmetics law. 

Marina studied law in Tübingen. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. Along with her legal clerkship, she worked for the life sciences practice group of a leading international law firm.

Marina joined Osborne Clarke as a lawyer in January 2022. Previously, she worked in the legal department of an international pharmaceutical company.
