Marina Fröhlich advises national and international clients on all aspects of intellectual property law and life sciences regulatory law.

She advises in particular pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech companies on drafting and negotiating contracts. Also, she focusses on drug and medical devices advertising law. In addition, she represents clients in litigation, primarily in competition law proceedings. Furthermore, she proves legal advice in connection with medical device law.

Marina studied law in Tübingen. She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. Along with her legal traineeship, she worked for the life sciences practice group of a leading international law firm. 

Before she joined Osborne Clarke as an attorney in 2022, Marina worked in the legal department of a international pharmaceutical company.
