She is highly experienced in advising on trademarks, designs, models and knowhow, in advertising and consumer protection. Her practice covers both advisory and contentious work, assisting clients in disputes before the ordinary court and the competent administrative authorities.
She advises throughout all phases of contractual negotiations, both on legal and operational aspects, with particular regards to licence, franchising and sponsorship agreements.
Her knowledge is also regularly applied within the ambit of the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector.
