Laura is an Associate in the Employment team at Osborne Clarke. She specialises in all aspects of employment law and provides advice on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment related matters.

Laura has experience in managing complex Employment Tribunal matters for clients operating within the Life Sciences and Healthcare and Tech, Media and Comms sectors.

This includes providing strategic advice in the context of and defending claims relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing, often involving multiple Respondent parties. She also has experience of handling claims in the context of blacklisting (with some experience in High Court litigation) and applications for interim relief.

On the advisory side, Laura also works in a wide range of areas from dealing with general day to day employee relation issues and handling grievance and disciplinary procedures to advising on business protection issues and redundancy.

She also regularly reviews, prepares and advises on key employment documentation including service contracts, workplace policies and handbooks and settlement agreements. Laura also assists with employment related issues in corporate transactions.

Laura qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
