Krzysztof specializes in the law of new technologies and also has extensive litigation experience. He also advises on the use of distributed ledger technology (DLT, blockchain) and crypto-asset regulation.

In his daily work, he supports clients in the process of creating, negotiating and concluding IT contracts, including in the financial sector. He also participates in regulatory consulting related to the FinTech sector, including in particular the implementation of cloud services and IT outsourcing in the financial sector. He is co-author of the monograph "Smart Contracts in Contract Law," as well as other publications on business and legal aspects of blockchain technology. He was a panel speaker on Metaverse at the Digital Banking Academy workshop.
