Konstantin Sitte
Konstantin is a Counsel in Osborne Clarke’s IP team with more than 10 years’ experience. He focuses on industrial property rights across technology‑driven industries. He advises on tech- and IP-related projects including R&D, development, licensing, cooperation and tech transfer agreements. He has significant experience in the life sciences and healthcare sector, especially for pharma, biotech and medtech clients, and also advises on healthcare- and medtech regulatory questions and digital healthcare business models.
His practice covers the full lifecycle of technology and IP: from structuring and negotiating development and licensing agreements through to enforcing and defending rights in IP and tech-related disputes. He combines contract and enforcement experience with a solid understanding of sector-specific requirements, including regulatory frameworks and healthcare advertising and compliance aspects.
Konstantin acts for a wide range of clients, from classic industrial companies and deep‑tech start‑ups to scale‑ups and listed corporates. He is experienced in international and cross‑border work and frequently helping to bridge differences between jurisdictional expectations and standards and works seamlessly in German and English.
Clients value his pragmatic, strategy‑driven and risk‑aware approach. He delivers clear, workable solutions and applies the necessary scrutiny to safeguard their interests in innovation‑driven, high‑stakes projects.
I enjoy working with clients who push technological and business boundaries, and I see my role as enabling that innovation rather than slowing it down. I focus on helping teams translate complex IP and regulatory issues into clear, confident decisions – especially where there is legal uncertainty. Within Osborne Clarke, I share my experience with younger colleagues and value a collaborative culture that combines technical excellence with a practical, solution‑oriented mindset.
