Konstantin Axnick advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective labour law. A particular focus of his advice is in the area of litigation.

He specializes in advising companies on drafting employment and managing director service agreements as well as termination and settlement agreements. He represents his clients in and out the court.

Konstantin studied law in Cologne. Already during his studies he focused on labour law and worked at the chair of labour law. During his legal clerkship, he worked, among others, for a large law firm in the field of labour law and for the German Foreign Office in Slovakia.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2022, he worked as a lawyer in labour law for a leading German law firm for almost two years.
