Julie Butlingaire is a Managing Associate in Osborne Clarke's Corporate/M&A team, based in Luxembourg.

She advises private equity investors, portfolio companies and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and a broad range of corporate law matters. Julie supports clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle, from due diligence and transaction structuring to negotiation and completion, providing practical and commercially focused advice tailored to their strategic objectives.
