Jędrzej specializes in corporate law, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, as well as advises Private Equity and Venture Capital funds.

Moreover, he has experience in project finance transactions in connection with financing and refinancing of real estate transactions. Jędrzej provides ongoing advice in the area of corporate law, as well as conducts and coordinates legal due diligence.
