James is a Senior Associate in our Corporate practice and is based in our Thames Valley Office.

He advises on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, disposals, investments (both private equity and venture capital), corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory work.

James is experienced acting for a range of clients including growth companies, investors, management teams, and venture capital institutions, across a broad range of industry sectors with a particular focus on the Tech, Media and Comms sectors.

James joined Osborne Clarke in 2017 having previously studied Business Management at the University of Birmingham.

Advised Jiminny Holdings Limited, a UK headquartered conversation intelligence provider supporting sales teams across the world, on its US$16.5 million series A funding round to fuel product development and international growth.

Davies Group Limited

Regularly advise Davis Group on its UK M&A activity including acquisitions of Grovelands Resourcing, Nationwide Property Assistance and Vehicle Replacement Group.

LDC

Advise LDC on a number of investments as well as providing on-going support to portfolio companies including further investments or internal corporate reorganisations.
