Jack Wellington

Jack is a Senior Associate in the corporate practice with a particular focus on both domestic and international M&A, private equity, corporate real estate transactions and joint ventures. His clients include portfolio companies, management teams, investors, shareholders and land developers.  

Much of Jack's work is in the Tech, Media Comms and Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors and his experience includes drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, complex joint venture agreements and investment agreements. 

Jack joined Osborne Clarke in April 2021 having previously trained and worked at Geldards LLP.
