Henry advises Spanish and international clients on corporate law and corporate governance matters, specialising in M&A transactions, corporate group restructurings, and venture capital transactions.

Henry holds a degree in Law from ESADE Business & Law School Barcelona, after completing part of it at the Singapore Management University Yong Pung How School of Law. In 2024, Henry obtained the Double Master's Degree in Legal Practice and International Business Law, also from ESADE Business & Law School Barcelona.

Henry is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
