Harry is a Senior Associate in the real estate disputes team in London. He acts for a variety of clients in The Built Environment sector, with a particular focus on commercial landlord and tenant disputes and property development issues.

He regularly assists real estate investors, retailers and corporate occupiers with landlord and tenant disputes and property portfolio management issues. He advising on matters including commercial lease renewals, break options, dilapidations, possession claims and breach of covenant issues.

Harry also advises clients in relation to neighbourly matters disputes arising out of property developments. He often advises:

  • developers and building occupiers on Party Wall Act issues;
  • developers in relation to rights to light matters affecting developments; and
  • both developers and neighbouring owners on contentious rights of way and restrictive covenant disputes.

In addition, Harry has experience in advising in relation to professional negligence claims with a property focus.

A member of the Property Litigation Association, Harry joined Osborne Clarke in October 2019 when he qualified as a solicitor.
