Giuliana forms part of the firm's employment law department.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, Giuliana worked with a leading law firm in Rome, where she accrued significant experience in commercial and employment matters, advising Italian and foreign companies (including multinationals operating in the cinema industry) and foreign institutions, in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
