Ghiya is an associate in Osborne Clarke's Corporate team, based in London. 

Ghiya's work includes a broad range of transactional corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, private equity and equity capital markets. Ghiya has a particular interest in the energy and energy transition sector. 

Ghiya trained in Osborne Clarke's Bristol office and qualified into our Corporate team in London in September 2026.
