Georgie Green

Georgie acts for clients across Osborne Clarke's sectors, and spends the majority of her time working for large professional and financial services clients on business critical disputes.
Georgie also acts for insolvency practitioners, creditors, debtors and other stakeholders in contentious insolvency disputes, and often advises on disputes with complex cross-border issues, and allegations of fraud.
Georgie has experience of both pursuing and defending injunctions and High Court claims relating to employees exiting businesses in breach or alleged breach of restrictive covenants.
In addition to handling disputes, Georgie works closely with clients on both sensitive internal and regulatory investigations. She has particular recent experience dealing with investigations and enforcement action by the UK's Financial Reporting Council and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and on internal investigations with improper accountancy, tax evasion and bribery allegations.
