With more than ten years of experience in public business law, Emmanuelle provides strategic advice to her clients (businesses and associations) in their relations with the administration to enable them to carry out all their projects successfully.

She provides both advice and litigation services, mainly in the fields of public contracts, urban planning and construction, regulatory matters and public property.

Emmanuelle advises mostly private operators in their activities and relationships with the public bodies, within several sectors including infrastructure and public works, construction, IT, digital and communication, health and administrative product liability.

She also deals with the administrative aspects of some specific matters, particularly in the context of the investigation and control powers over the administration (health, environment, consumer protection and competition, rights and freedoms).

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

I am highly concerned about the service provided to our clients, with the constant aim to find tangible solutions to secure their projects, overcome potential obstacles and eventually, to enable them achieving their goals.

I am also involved in the firm's CSR Committee on the subject of gender equality and, more broadly, within the society through actions carried out with non-for-profit organisations.
