Emma Bridgman

Emma is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate and Infrastructure team at Osborne Clarke. She have extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate investment, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, pre-lettings and management of commercial and mixed use properties.
Emma acts for a variety of institutional investors, including international investment funds and pension funds, advising clients across the logistics, industrial, office and retail sectors.
She also has experience in real estate finance, the energy and renewables sector and acting for corporate occupiers.
Working with investors looking to build their existing portfolios and to enter new markets requires a breadth of market knowledge. The investment market can be fiercely competitive, especially in growth sectors such as logistics and energy. I work closely with clients to capitalise on opportunities – helping you realise your long and short-term goals, with a strong focus on sustainability and the transition to net zero.
