Konrad's advice in these fields primarily relates to compliance with the provisions of the GDPR, the European Data Act, the CRA, NIS and DORA.
Konrad studied law at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg and the University of Santiago de Compostela.
Afterwards, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Competition Law at Martin-Luther-University. Konrad completed a master's degree in business law, focusing in particular on insolvency and data protection law. He also earned his doctorate with a thesis on data protection and personality rights.
During his legal clerkship, Konrad held positions at a leading boutique law firm in the field of intellectual property law and the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante.
Konrad was recognized as the third-best (first state examination) and best (second state examination) graduate in the state of Saxony-Anhalt in his state examinations. He holds a lectureship in the field of economic law at a college in Hamburg.
