Dr Espen Schneider
Dr Espen Schneider advises national and international companies, shareholders and investors on venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions as well as on all matters of general corporate law.
Espen studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main where he also obtained his PhD in public international law and investment arbitration law. After finishing his doctorate, he undertook his legal traineeship (Referendariat) in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2025, he worked in the litigation/arbitration and the Corporate/M&A/private equity departments of leading international law firms in Frankfurt am Main and New York City.
