Alexander Thomas advises listed companies on all aspects of stock corporation and capital markets law. 

His work focuses on issues relating to the rights and obligations of management and supervisory boards, corporate governance, group law and market abuse law. Alexander also has a broad experience supporting shareholders' meetings of listed companies (regulated markets as well as unofficial regulated markets). In addition, he regularly advises on initial public offers in various stock market segments and on public M&A and capital market transactions.

Alexander was admitted to the bar in 2002. After working in renowned national and international business law firms, including a Berlin-based boutique law firm for IT law where he worked as a partner for the past five years, he joined Osborne Clarke as a partner in March 2025.
