Djotika is an Associate Director in the Corporate / M&A team at Osborne Clarke in the Netherlands.

She specialises in national and international mergers and acquisitions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures, and other types of collaborations. She represents private equity-, venture capital-, and strategic parties. In addition, she regularly advises companies in the field of corporate governance.

Djotika joined Osborne Clarke after having spent almost ten years at the Dutch law firm Houthoff and gained international experience, spending time at her previous firm's London and New York offices. She is admitted to the Dutch bar association (Law Firm School) and graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam with a LLM in Financial Law, and a MSc in Business Economics (cum laude).
