She assists national and international clients in the field of copyright law with a focus on music law, trade marks, domain names, and know-how. She advises on advertising and oversees the intellectual property aspects of extraordinary transactions.
Chiara also advises on contentious and non-contentious matters with particular reference to disputes concerning misleading and comparative advertising and unfair competition.
