Bethan has significant experience acting for both lenders and sponsors on the financing of solar (rooftop and ground mounted), onshore and offshore wind, hydro and other renewable energy generation projects.
Her recent experience includes advising a listed fund on the £65m refinancing of a portfolio of operational ROC accredited solar farms located across the UK, advising the lender on £57m of RPI-linked debt to refinance a UK-wide portfolio of renewable energy assets including onshore wind, hydro, solar and battery projects, and advising on the financing arrangements of a 200MW solar development joint venture.
