Bernat Coromina

Bernat joined Osborne Clarke in 2026 and his practice is focused on tax law.

Bernat advises domestic and international groups and private clients on tax matters, including personal taxation and international mobility. His practice covers direct and indirect taxation, cross-border transactions and international tax issues. He also advises on corporate and family tax planning projects, national and international group restructurings, and tax procedures before the Spanish tax authorities.

He holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona and completed part of his studies at the grande école ESSEC Business School in Paris. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from Universitat Pompeu Fabra – Barcelona School of Management.

Bernat is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
