Ben Nicholson

Ben is an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke's Commercial team.
On the advisory side, Ben focuses on advertising and marketing law, digital regulation and consumer law issues. On the contractual side, Ben advises on a range of B2B marketing, services and supply agreements and B2C terms. His clients span across sectors including technology platforms, retailers, sports clubs, advertising agencies and gambling operators.
Ben has strong experience in e-commerce and has led on projects implementing digital regulation, consumer terms and processes for some of the largest players in the sector. Ben also has extensive experience with sports and marketing B2B contracts, including work on sponsorship contracts for Premier League clubs, F1 driver contracts and various talent agreements and endorsement deals.
In addition, Ben spent over two years in-house at gambling operators and provides advice on the advisory and contractual sides of gambling, with a particular focus on consumer marketing.
