Ben is an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke's Commercial team. He focuses on digital regulation, consumer law, advertising and marketing, gambling law and commercial contracts.
Ben advises on both contractual and regulatory issues across a number of sectors, including technology, media, retail and consumer.
He regularly advises on e-commerce issues, advertising agreements (including media buying and sponsorship), gambling matters, digital marketing and commercial contracts in the consumer, technology and media space.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2021, Ben trained and qualified at a City firm, during which time he undertook client secondments, including to Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. Ben also has over two years of experience working in-house at gambling operators.
