Arnau Rosell

Arnau Rosell is specialised in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and corporate restructuring, with experience in both domestic and international transactions. His practice includes drafting and negotiating contracts for the sale and purchase of companies and assets, shareholders' agreements, and corporate reorganisations, as well as advising on corporate governance and a broad range of corporate matters.

He usually works with industrial groups, multinationals, and investment funds on company transactions, assets, and business reorganisation projects. He also advises on venture capital operations, offering complementary insight into the technology and innovation sectors.

Arnau graduated in Law from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC) and completed a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at ISDE Law & Business School (ISDE). He complemented his academic background with a Master's Degree in International Business Law at ESADE Business & Law School (ESADE), a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate M&A at the UIC, as well as programs in Due Diligence at the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) and Legal Operations at ESADE. At the same time, he is an occasional contributor to legal journals, where he analyses current commercial and corporate rulings.
