Antonio Maria Sessa

Antonio is a lawyer with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law and in corporate governance and regulatory matters.

He assists Italian and foreign companies in extraordinary transactions, including mergers, demergers and acquisitions, and in the negotiation of commercial agreements. He also advises Italian listed companies on an ongoing basis on corporate governance issues, in the structuring of internal regulations and policies implementing current statutory and regulatory provisions, and in the identification and preparation of short- or medium-long-term incentive systems in favour of corporate management.
