Having joined Osborne Clarke's IT & IP team in 2019, Antonio provides legal advice to different companies, from multinational groups to start-ups.
Antonio advises on new technology related issues, such as, privacy and image rights, electronic communications, electronic signature, advertising, online platforms and IT contracting. In addition, he focuses on the enforcement and compliance of intellectual property, data protection and consumer law.
He studied at the University of Granada, where he obtained his Law Degree in 2018, after completing a part of his studies at the Faculty of Law of KU Leuven, in Belgium. In 2019, he obtained the Master of Specialization in IT Law, Social Media and Intellectual Property at ESADE Business & Law School and, in 2020, the Master of Laws at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR).
Antonio is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
