Anthony is an associate of the Corporate/M&A team. He specializes in general Corporate law and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Anthony focuses especially on Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as intra-group reorganizations involving both French and international clients.

Anthony holds a Master’s degree in European and International Business law (PSL Paris Dauphine University), an LL.M. degree in Chinese Business law from Peking University (China) and a double degree in International law and Common law from Strasbourg University and University of Birmingham (UK). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021.
