Anne Le Gaudu

Anne is an associate in Osborne Clarke’s tax team.

She advises French and international companies on French and international tax matters, with a particular focus on intra-group restructurings and transactional tax.

She is also active in individual taxation, primarily in the structuring of management packages and in assisting corporate clients with the international mobility of their employees and senior management.

Anne holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Tax Law from the University of Rennes (2023). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in December 2025.

She is fluent in French and English.
