Andrew is an Associate in the Construction & Engineering Disputes and Risk team. Having qualified in October 2020 and joined Osborne Clarke in 2021, he deals with various forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, adjudication and mediation.

Andrew has worked on a range of disputes for developers, employers, registered providers, contractors and sub-contractors across multiple sectors. He has experience advising on standard (including JCT, NEC3/4 and FIDIC) and bespoke contracts. Andrew regularly advises across the Built Environment, Mobility & Infrastructure and Energy & Utilities sectors.

Andrew's recent experience includes advising residential developers on workmanship and design defects, as well as employers and contractors in respect of nuclear and solar energy projects.
