Andrew Blyth

Andrew is an Associate in our Corporate team, with a particular focus on the tech, media and comms sectors.

Andrew advises on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, investments (both private equity and venture capital), corporate reorganisations and corporate advisory work.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2025, Andrew trained at a leading international law firm and qualified into their corporate team, advising on a range of transactions including buy-and-build projects, founder exits and corporate reorganisations.
