Alice advises international businesses and brands on their global compliance systems including the assessment and mitigation of bribery and modern slavery risks in supply chains.

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

I have a particular interest in advising clients on how to navigate the course of inquests, advising on risk and strategy ahead of hearings and gathering evidence to support clients.

I also enjoy advising on developing areas of regulatory law, particularly ESG and modern slavery regulation. I also lead research on the proposed Protect Duty, and what steps clients might need to consider to meet this regulation.

I keep myself informed on emerging regulation for clients in the tech sector; and how this will affect their duties, the implementation of suitable systems and how any breach of these regulations might be defended – particularly with regard to proposed directors' duties.

I work with clients across a number of industries including healthcare, energy and utilities, tech and social media, and broadcast media.
