Alice is an Associate in Osborne Clarke's Regulatory Disputes team. She advises international businesses and brands on their global compliance systems including bribery, money laundering, and modern slavery.

Alice also advises on health and safety issues faced by clients, both with regard to meeting their regulatory obligations and on any regulatory investigations that arise from alleged breaches.

Alice helps clients meet their global compliance requirements both in the UK and internationally, ensuring that clients understand their regulatory obligations across a number of jurisdictions, advising them on implementation of global compliance systems, and responding to regulatory changes. She has experience assisting clients with multi-jurisdictional compliance projects, and guiding clients through regulatory investigations including inquests.

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

I contribute to the global compliance and health and safety teams.

I have a particular interest in advising clients on how to respond to allegations of negligence in the course of inquests.

I also enjoy advising on developing areas of regulatory law, including health and safety, fraud and bribery, ESG and modern slavery regulation.

I have a recent interest in emerging regulation for clients in the tech sector; and how this will affect their duties, implementation of suitable systems and how any breach of these regulations might be defended.
