Alice advises clients across a number of sectors, with a particular interest in Defence, Space & Aerospace. She is a member of OC's DS&A subsector, and a member of Women in Defence.

In the Life Sciences and Healthcare subsector, Alice has experience advising healthcare clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, having conducted litigation on behalf of a number of healthcare regulators prior to joining OC, and having since advised a healthcare client on a high-value acquisition.

Alice also guides clients, in a number of sectors, through the inquest process whenever such circumstances arise. She is experienced in preparing evidence for and attending inquests.

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

I advise clients on the requirements of both existing and upcoming legislation, supporting the implementation of strategies to ensure compliance ahead of time. I am experienced in advising clients on anti-bribery and corruption, gifts and hospitality, and modern slavery.

I have a particular interest in the development of ESG regulation, which is placing increasing reporting and due diligence obligations on clients, whether those obligations arise directly or indirectly. With the right approach, clients can map their supply chains effectively, keep ahead of these upcoming ESG requirements, and ensure that their supply chains are compliant with environmental and human rights regulations.
