Alexandra is a Legal Director in the Real Estate Disputes team specialising in contentious commercial landlord and tenant matters. This includes all aspects of asset management work for investment clients and corporate occupiers. Alexandra also deals with real property disputes for developer clients and in addition she has a particular expertise in telecoms.
Alexandra’s work includes advising clients on lease renewals, break notices, tenant default, service charge and dilapidations disputes, as well as advising on insolvency related property matters. Alexandra also acted for the successful party in Good Harvest Partnership LLP v Centaur Services Limited [2010] EWHC 330 (Ch)
