Akanksha is a share incentives lawyer specialising in the design, implementation and operation of executive and all-employee incentive arrangements. She advises on the full lifecycle of equity and cash-based plans – including EMI, CSOP, growth shares, LTIPs, bespoke management incentive structures, EOTs and EBTs – supporting clients from start-up and scale-up stages through to sale or exit, post-deal integration and other corporate transactions, including reviewing employee share arrangements as part of legal due diligence.
